FASTTrack Benchmate® Paper Packaging Systems
"Bench Mount" and "Stand Mount" Models These two FASTTrack Benchmate® systems are designed to make paper cushioning and void fill material on site. The Benchmate® systems are versatile, easy to operate, cost effective and very fast. The Benchmate® machines use 40-pound rolls of single-ply, Kraft paper that yield approximately 82 cubic feet of cushioning per roll. The FASTTrack Benchmate® "Bench Mount" System is a tabletop model for small to medium users. Mounted on a sturdy pack table, the Bench Mount is a stand-alone pack station. Operated by a convenient foot pedal, the Benchmate® system delivers paper directly into a carton at speeds up to four lineal feet per second (or 240 feet per minute). The Benchmate® "Stand Mount" System, also for small to medium users, is the same sturdy machine mounted on a steel stand that slides under an existing pack table or can be used next to a conveyor line.
