FASTTrack Paper Packaging Systems

FASTTrack systems can be used as a stand-alone work station or integrated into conveyor lines.

A new, automatic FASTTrack 4-Roll Lifter/Rack is designed for use with the FS-2 Straddle System. Lifter/rack lowers to conveyor height so operator can slide rolls onto rack. Rack is electronically raised and docked into position. One roll goes onto the FASTTrack machine and four more rolls are on the rack, in the correct position for loading.

The manual FASTTrack Roll Changer holds five rolls of paper, ready to be inserted into the machine. It docks with both the mobile FS-1 machine and the FS-2 Straddle machine.

Both the 4-Roll Lifter/Rack and the Roll Changer allow the operator to load all the rolls required for a workday or shift at once, eliminating the need to leave the work station to get additional material. Roll changes takes less than one minute.
