With FIRST PRIORITY Service you get all of these support services at no additional cost:

Our factory-trained technicians will routinely schedule on-site maintenance for your packaging system. This ensures optimum performance and longevity of the equipment.
2. 24/7 Technical Help Desk
No matter what time of the day, or holiday, our Technical Help Desk is manned by only skilled technicians to help you troubleshoot any problems you might have.
3. Priority On-Site
Our history of delivering prompt, dependable and professional service has shown 85% of technical issues can be resolved over the phone. In cases where an on-site visit is required, our Technical Help Desk will schedule the visit on the same call.
