PILLOW PAK Anti-Static film meets or exeeds the ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) performance criteria of three established standards:
EIA-541
MIL-PRF-81705E
PPP-C-795D Class 2
These standards have two major ESD criteria:
Static decay: Less than two seconds
Surface resistivity: Equal to or greater than 1.0 x 105 ohms/sq. but less than 1x1012 ohms/sq.
Make Your Own Bubble
Our inflated roll of PILLOW PAK Quilt Medium, Anti-Static film, with its 7/8” height, makes the equivalent of four full bundles of traditional 1/2” bubble material (48” wide and
250’ long). Not only does this eliminate expensive truckloads of bubble, it also frees up valuable warehouse space for products, resulting in increased efficiency.
The new PILLOW PAK Anti-Static film is tough and durable so it won’t lose its cushioning integrity during shipment and through extended storage. This is because PILLOW PAK film allows air to move (or transfer) between cells providing
superior product cushioning and protection over standard bubble. Now, you can produce fresh bubble material as you need it - when you need it.
Make Bubble Fast
Produce entire bundles of bubble at the rate of 120 lineal feet per minute! In about two minutes, you can make an entire roll of cushioning material.
